01Programs & admissions

Which programme is right for me — Robotics, PM or AIOps?

If your goal is roadmap ownership, customer discovery, and shipping AI-native products — go AI-First Product Building & Management. If your goal is building, deploying, and operating production AI systems — go Full Stack AIOps Engineering. If you want to build physical systems — computer vision, autonomy and an optional five-day hands-on lab on campus — go Artificial Intelligence with Specialization in Robotics. Our counsellors do a 1:1 fit call before you decide.

Who is EdWagon for? Do I need a tech background?

Working professionals, recent grads, and career switchers. Most learners have 1–8 years of experience. The PM track welcomes non-engineering backgrounds. The AIOps track expects familiarity with at least one programming language and basic cloud concepts.

How are the TIH partnerships at IITs structured? What credentials do I get?

All three programs are co-built with Technology Innovation Hubs at IIT Palakkad (IIT Palakkad Technology IHub Foundation), IIT Bombay (Foundation for IoT & IoE) and IIT Patna (Vishlesan I-Hub Foundation). On completion you receive a jointly-signed certificate from the partner TIH and the Edzor Centre of AI & Technological Excellence — recognised across hiring partners.

02Format, time & locations

I'm based in UAE / Singapore. Can I join the same cohort?

Yes. We run dedicated cohort slots timed for India (8 PM IST), UAE (7–7:30 PM GST) and Singapore (9 PM SGT). Pick the timezone that lands in your evening at application — live sessions, mentor calls, and doubt-solving rooms all stay in that window.

What does a typical week look like?

Plan for 8–12 hours / week — roughly 4 hours of live sessions, 1 hour of mentor 1:1, and 4–6 hours of project work. Most learners do this alongside a full-time job.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. Doubt-solving slots run multiple times a week, and your mentor schedules an async catch-up if you're behind. One conflict won't put you behind.

03Fees, refund & placements

Is there a refund window? What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund in the first two weeks of any cohort, no questions asked.

Do you guarantee placements?

No — and we're suspicious of anyone who does. We do guarantee what we can actually deliver: 1:1 career reviews, the EdWagon job board with 220+ partner companies, and warm intros through our 1,800+ alumni network. Our placement report (downloadable above) shows verified outcomes by cohort, geography, and prior background.

Are there EMI or financing options?

Yes. We support no-cost EMI up to 12 months through partner lenders in India and UAE. Singapore learners can split payment in three milestones across the program. Counsellors walk you through options on the fit call.
